The buildings offer covered assigned under building parking and air conditioned elevator lobbies. Floor access to the condominium residences is via open air catwalks providing beautiful surrounding views of ocean, river, and golf course. There are 5 floor plans to choose from ranging from 2-bedroom 2-baths to 3-bedrooms 2-baths. There is a recently renovated heated community swimming pool, an owners gathering room with Wi-Fi service, beach chair storage, a car wash, a grilling area, and private beach access.
