Spoonbill at the Indian River Plantation Resort is a 4-story, 40 unit oceanfront residential building over a ground floor parking garage, and is one of only two buildings at the IRP Resort that may rent intervals less than monthly.

Spoonbill, aka Resort Villa II, features a shared pool with it's sister building Pelican, aka Resort Villa I. The swimming pool is a heated. There is a BBQ grilling area also shared with Pelican. Access to the condos is via elevators to each residential floor and open air walkways to the property entrance. 1-BR, 1-BA, and 2-BR, 2-BA floor plans are available to choose from. Spoonbill is the only pet friendly building, (with owner approval) that allows less than weekly rentals. Designed for short term rental usage the individual units do not have washer/dryers, but each residential floor has a shared coin operated laundry. Some rentals have assigned covered under building parking.
