The Tennis Villas community at the Indian River Plantation Resort is located just across the street from the resort ocean access dune crosswalk, and most of the Tennis Villa condos overlook the lakes and fairways of the Resort Golf Course.

The community features 10 buildings, two and three stories in height. The 3-story buildings have elevators. The community includes a tennis court, a heated swimming pool with sun deck, and a BBQ grilling area. There are two floor plan types both with 2-BR, and 2-BA. Tennis Villas is very popular with pet owners due to its Condo Association pet friendly policy status (subject to owner approval). Surface parking is assigned.
