2 Bedroom 2 Bath - Penthouse - Oceanfront in prestigious Ocean Terrace - 30-day minimum stay required. Requires an Electric Allowance during the off-season months.
2024 Construction Notice: The Ocean Terrace condominium building construction will continue into the summer with a tentative completion by the end of June 2024.
During the renovation period, work will commence during the weekdays. As a result, there will be construction noise and debris. There are no timeframe guarantees and there is nothing we can do to prevent a delayed timeline should work take longer than expected.
If you still plan to visit Ocean Terrace during this timeframe, we are most happy to host you, but we will not be able to offer any discounts or refunds should the building work be going on during your stay or there is a delay in completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
