This property rental provides its guests optional access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, pickleball, tennis, three additional resort swimming pools, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities that are already included for your use within your condominium building. Please contact the Marriott Hutchinson Island Ocean Club Pro Shop at 772-225-6819 for information regarding fees and guest membership access.
The Spoonbill and Pelican Condominium Associations prohibit smoking anywhere within the residence or on the Association premises.

Fabulous Ocean-Front Condo
The 2-Bedroom condo was exactly as described, with unobstructed views of ocean; very private with no sense of other condo units around you. The unit was fully furnished, with everything a renter might possibly need. Though the weather did not always cooperate: we had several days of rain and strong cold winds - we enjoyed our short stay and plan to return.
