Representative I spoke with on phone to set everything up was very helpful,sorry I do not recall her name as that was in February.

We have used Vacation Hutchinson island before and have had a very smooth process! Easy access into the rental and if I had any questions someone was available to answer my questions. This was a lovely rental. 3 bedroom (one bedroom is set up with a sofa bed, which my guests said was comfortable, two bath, kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable with bedding, including extra blankets. Several towels, including beach towels and beach chairs. The patio was the best, seating for 4, plus a high top with two chairs, very spacious and an electric grill. The view is priceless. The patio with an amazing view with a couple of palm trees that help shade the sun first thing in the morning as you enjoy your coffee. It also has wonderful ambient lighting on the patio. Spent many evenings on the patio enjoying the view of the boats and downtown Stuart.

Lily T. was incredibly helpful. She was extremely professional, informative, and efficient. Denise L. informed me immediately when Martin County imposed an infrastructure surtax of 0.5% and let me know that there would be a small additional charge. Very professional.

Sue Bonnell has done an excellent job on several occasions.

Sue and Lilly are both excellent. Steve is a plus for your operation. Always very responsive to any problem that arises.

For the last several years Sue Bonnell has been our "go to person" at Waterpointe. Any issues referred to Sue were always handled quickly and efficiently.

I very much appreciate Sue and Lily working with me and having Riverbend 4203 available to us, even though its not quite what I prefer.
